Our in-house box build assembly process stands out because of our attention to the finer details, which we've discovered can make a huge difference to our customers. That’s why ControlTek’s box build assembly services also include important details like assembly instructions and even cosmetic specifications for packaging or other product requirements to get them ready to be shipped for our consumer electronics and other industry partners.
Cable assembly and cable harness design provides several key benefits for your electronic products. Not only does a well-designed cable harness save what is often much-needed space within a product assembly, it also helps to protect and secure your cables in applications that are exposed to a lot of vibration or other stressors like heat or water during operation. This can greatly reduce your potential risk for faulty or defective finished electronic products.

Following on the heels of our recent investment in a Juki FX-3 Surface Mount Technology System this year, ControlTek has just added two new Heller 1809 MKIII Reflow Ovens and a 3 chamber Trident LD Automatic Defluxing system to our production facility. The new equipment provides additional speed and flexibility during changeovers as well as enhanced product reliability from contaminant-free manufacturing processes.
ControlTek, an electronics contract manufacturer, has invested in the Juki FX-3 high speed surface mount system. The new SMT system brings additional high speed, accuracy and increased capacity to ControlTek’s existing production lines.
