A Big Year for Healthy Employees

To help us round out 2014, ControlTek has been named separately as one of the region’s Healthiest Companies by both the Portland Business Journal and the Vancouver Business Journal. To say we feel honored is a major understatement!

Today marks the second annual HR Summit and Healthiest Employers of Oregon Awards Ceremony and, for our 2nd year in a row, ControlTek has been named as an Honoreee in our 100-499 employee category!

Workforce education and development are excellent ways to contribute to the overall success of the industry, region, and country, and benefit everyone involved, but only if we work together  to foster and support those development opportunities.

12,164 miles later, the results are in, and we’re happy to announce ControlTek’s summer fitness challenge was a huge success!

Keeping the momentum of the ControlTek Forward Living Program up this summer, our employees have implemented a new friendly competition with the “Walk it Out” fitness challenge.

This October, ControlTek  was recognized as an Honoree in the Portland Business Journal’s annual awards for the Healthiest Employers of Oregon. The award luncheon was held October 11th at the Hilton Hotel and sponsored by Comcast Business, Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Kaiser Permanente.
